Before you ask
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is free. UK orders arrive within 7 working days, US orders in around 8. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your robe is dispatched.
What if I order the wrong size?
You have 14 days to exchange it. As long as the robe is unworn, we'll swap it for the correct size free of charge. If you're between two sizes, we'd always suggest going up.
My dog hates being handled — will they tolerate this?
Most do, because there's no rubbing involved. It goes over the head and fastens with one belly strap. For the first few times, put it on when they're already calm and dry, leave it five minutes, then take it off with a treat. Most dogs stand for it by the third or fourth go.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash at 30°C and leave it to dry naturally. Skip the fabric softener — it coats the microfibre and reduces how much water the robe can absorb.
